Saturday, September 8, 2012 was a spectacular day. It followed heavy rains and punishing winds that downed trees and powerlines throughout the region just the night before.
Saturday, however, was a brilliant clear day in the mid 70’s. Following a lot of great publicity, we had a great crowd of over 200 volunteers, visitors, elected officials, vendors and well wishers. All proceeds went to Ozarks New Energy, the only locally based not-for-profit dedicated to clean energy.
